The brief

Brothers Autobody is an ICBC-accredited collision shop staffed by Red Seal technicians. The old site didn't reflect the quality of the work happening in the bay — and it made getting an estimate feel like paperwork instead of a two-minute task.

The goal: a site that instantly signals "premium, certified, trustworthy," pulls insurance customers straight into the estimate flow, and stands out from every other body shop in the Fraser Valley.

Design direction

Deep black and red — the shop's own colours — plus a full-bleed video hero of a Viper on the lift to communicate "we work on serious vehicles" without saying it. Bold display type, section eyebrows, and trust badges up top: ICBC Accredited, Red Seal Certified, Tesla & EV Trusted, Premium Products.

Build

Single-page architecture with anchored sections so the phone number and estimate CTA are one tap away from any point on the site. Hand-built collision, paintwork, dent & scratch, and detailing service cards. A dedicated Glass section covers ICBC's free rock-chip fill policy — with the driver-view exception spelled out in plain language.

The insurance section splits into three clear paths: ICBC direct billing, all Canadian insurers, and private-pay. Below it, a scrolling logo band handles every major make from Toyota to Tesla so no one lands on the page wondering "do they work on my car?"

Signature feature

"Not your average courtesy cars." Instead of the usual boring loaner disclaimer, the site showcases the actual fleet — RAM 1500, Dodge Durango, Jeep Compass, Dodge Charger, Chrysler Pacifica — turning a customer-service perk into a real marketing hook.

Booking flow

A three-step estimate request handles personal info → vehicle details → service and insurance type, ending with a clean confirmation state. Every service card, every hero button, every insurance path routes here.

Result

A collision shop website that reads like the certification wall on the office says it should. It's live at brothersautobody.ca. Sister project coastmechanical.ca — for the mechanical shop across the street at 6030 196 St — carries the same design language in navy and blue.
